Open projectOperating principles
Material claims should lead back to identifiable sources rather than anonymous summaries.
Current state matters, but so do migrations, closures, incidents, rebrands, restrictions, and unresolved transitions.
Unknown, incomplete, disputed, and not-yet-reviewed information should remain visible instead of being silently filled in.
Registries and dashboards describe recorded conditions. They are not investment, safety, or legal recommendations.
